Mark D. Carey, President
The Helper Company and was founded by its President, Mark D. Carey in March 2001. Mark graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. degree and later received a MBA degree in marketing. After 6 years in the military and 18 years in sales and marketing, Mark started his own software training and consulting business, creating new markets for innovative online training. This background has been the foundation upon which MyClassroomHelper is formed.

Gary Varnell, Program Architect
Gary Varnell is the programming architect of the MyClassroomHelper product and has the vision and experience in Web design, application development, database construction and management, and back-end programming. Gary is the founder of DGS, designing web websites from its headquarters in Lacey, WA since 1995. DGS quickly became known as a local and regional leader in website design. DGS also began work in the 3D-graphics industry, creating digital animations for the web as well as for broadcast video. DGS has continued to grow in its capabilities, enabling it to offer clients cutting edge solutions to their business needs. DGS can be found at www.2dgs.com.
